Here is a piece of bad news to all the adoring fans of superstar British singer George Michael.
A series of scheduled concerts and appearances of Michael had been postponed after the singer was hit by pneumonia. In his website, the 48-year-old singer said his concert in Vienna scheduled on November 28 and another gig in Strasbourg on November 30 is suspended due to the illness that hit the singer.
It was learned that earlier calendared concerts of Michael had also been postponed because of his illness. In a statement, the singer said he is already undergoing treatment to cure his sickness.
The singer said he is very sorry for the cancellation of his concerts but had to do it for the sake of his health. Michael is one of the world’s best-selling music artists selling over 100 million records worldwide as of 2010.
According to internet facts, the singer’s debut solo album released in 1987 has sold over 25 million copies worldwide and made several records and achievements in the United States.
